# QuadTask Privacy Policy

## Your tasks stay on your device

QuadTask is a local-first task manager. Your tasks, notes, tags, contacts,
and settings are stored only on your device. We do not operate any server
and never receive, collect, or transmit your task data. Optional backups are
written only to storage locations you explicitly choose, and delegation
messages are sent by your own email/SMS/share apps.

## Advertising (free version)

The free version shows one banner ad served by Google AdMob. AdMob may
collect and process data described in Google's policies, such as device
identifiers (advertising ID), IP address / coarse location, and ad
interaction data, to serve and measure ads. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK),
you will be shown a consent form before any ad loads, and you can choose
non-personalized ads.

## Remove Ads purchase

Buying the one-time "Remove ads" product disables the ads SDK entirely — no
advertising data is collected afterwards. Purchases are processed by Google
Play; we receive no payment details.

## In-app delegation (optional)

If you enable in-app delegation, QuadTask uses Firebase (Google) to deliver
delegated tasks to other QuadTask users. Only tasks you delegate this way are
sent — their title, notes, assignment status, your chosen display name, and a
device push token. Your wider task list is never uploaded. This feature is off
by default; leave it off and nothing is sent to Firebase. Google's handling of
this data is governed by Google's privacy policy.

## Analytics

QuadTask contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

## Children

QuadTask is not directed at children under 13.
